2. Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the with.fizz website (withfizz.netlify.app) and all associated tools and services, including Fizz Focus, Fizz Clear, and any integrations with third-party platforms such as TikTok.
3. What Data We Collect and Why
3.1 Website Visitors
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or fingerprinting on this website. When you visit withfizz.netlify.app, your IP address is temporarily logged by our hosting provider (Netlify) for security and operational purposes only. We do not process this data ourselves.
3.2 Newsletter Subscribers
If you sign up for the with.fizz newsletter, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of sending you our newsletter. We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 55 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France) as our email service provider. Your email address is not shared with any third party for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
3.3 TikTok Integration
with.fizz uses the official TikTok for Developers API solely to publish content (videos) to with.fizz's own TikTok account (@withfizz.buddy). This integration works as follows:
- The account owner (with.fizz) authorizes the app via TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 login flow.
- An access token is obtained and stored securely on our server. This token allows the app to post content on behalf of the authorized account.
- We collect and store only the access token and refresh token necessary for posting. No TikTok user data beyond what is required for authorization is collected or stored.
- Scopes requested:
user.info.basic,video.publish,video.upload. - No data about visitors to this website is transmitted to TikTok.
- The access token is stored on a secure server (Railway.app) and is never shared with third parties.
- You can revoke with.fizz's access at any time via your TikTok account settings under “Authorized Apps”.

4. Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect names, addresses, or phone numbers unless voluntarily provided via email.
- We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or behavioral profiling.
- We do not sell or rent any personal data to third parties.
- Our web tools (Fizz Focus, Fizz Clear) run entirely in your browser and do not transmit any personal data to our servers.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted on Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the website, your IP address is temporarily logged in Netlify's server logs. See Netlify's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Data Retention
Newsletter email addresses are retained for as long as you are subscribed. TikTok access tokens are stored for as long as the integration is active and are deleted when revoked or no longer needed. Server logs are retained according to the hosting provider's standard retention periods.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Right of access — You can request a copy of your personal data we hold.
- Right to rectification — You can request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — You can request deletion of your data.
